Marketing & Business Development Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Marketing & Business Development Advisor to support the execution of our client strategy, business development, and external communications. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Business Development, you will work closely with partners, fee earners and international teams to ensure high‑quality delivery of pitches, events and visibility initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in implementing business development and marketing plans.
• Manage mid‑level pitches end‑to‑end and coordinate smaller opportunities with legal administrative teams.
• Maintain and update CVs, credentials, templates, and content tools.
• Track pipeline, opportunities and follow‑ups, ensuring alignment with global campaigns.
• Produce and distribute external communications, manage LinkedIn and other key channels.
• Coordinate submissions for legal directories such as Chambers and Legal 500.
• Deliver client‑focused events, manage memberships and networking opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, business development or communications, preferably in professional services.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French and Dutch are a plus.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with international teams and diverse stakeholders.
