Marketing Assistant Traineeship (Apprenticeship)

About the role

As a Marketing Assistant Trainee you will work closely with the Marketing Director to support campaigns, create content and assist in data‑driven initiatives. This 6‑month (or longer) apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience across digital, social and event marketing in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across social media, online content and events.
• Create engaging internal and external communications such as blog articles, newsletters and presentation materials.
• Manage social media platforms by planning, posting, monitoring engagement and providing performance analysis.
• Assist with market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools and resources for lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain customer databases for targeted marketing initiatives.
• Provide operational support for event preparation, logistics and on‑site assistance.

Required profile

• Master’s level student (M1 or M2) specializing in marketing, available for at least six months.
• Motivated, flexible, autonomous and able to work in a team.
• Fluent in French (oral and written) with strong formal communication skills.
• Proficient in English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Curious, analytical, solution‑oriented and eager to learn.
