Marketing Assistant Traineeship (Alternance)

About the role

Join Resultance as a Marketing Assistant Trainee and work side‑by‑side with the Marketing Director. You will gain hands‑on experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, lead generation and data analysis while supporting the team’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of marketing campaigns on social media, online content platforms and events.
• Create engaging internal and external communications such as blog posts, newsletters and presentation decks.
• Manage social media accounts: schedule posts, monitor engagement and produce performance analyses.
• Assist with market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to develop tools and resources that drive lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain and update customer databases for targeted marketing efforts.
• Provide operational support for event planning, logistics and on‑site execution.

Required profile

• Master 1 or 2 student in Marketing (minimum 6‑month placement, preferably alternance).
• Motivated, flexible, autonomous with strong rigor, humility and team spirit.
• Fluent in French (oral and written) and proficient in English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Interest in event organization and willingness to support logistics.
