Manager, Customer Trust External Relations

About the role

Amazon’s Customer Trust External Relations (CTXR) team safeguards the public perception of a trustworthy shopping experience. As a Manager, you will lead global programs that highlight Amazon’s safety, reliability, and the value we bring to customers and sellers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated project plans that improve public perception of Amazon’s shopping experience across France and other regions.
• Develop and run external communications programs and events, experimenting with storytelling to educate and excite partners.
• Collaborate with design, product, public relations, public policy, and legal teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strengthen relationships with third‑party advocacy groups, propose new partnership opportunities, and track industry trends.
• Analyze strategy performance and adjust tactics to ensure alignment with CTXR’s objectives.

Required profile

• High judgement and self‑motivation with experience bridging business needs, communications, and regulatory environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting concise narratives on complex issues.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings and interacting with senior internal and external leaders.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable results through cross‑functional collaboration.
