Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator at Husky Technologies, you will manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost‑effective shipments while maintaining precise documentation. You will act as a key liaison between the warehouse, suppliers, and customers to guarantee smooth international transport.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and on‑time shipments with warehouse and internal teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and verify all paperwork.
• Audit freight bills for correct customer and warranty charges and authorize payments.
• Handle hazardous‑material shipping documentation and stay current with international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connections with freight carriers.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and propose new logistics policies.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and self‑motivate.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with professional communication skills.
