Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective shipments while maintaining accurate documentation. The role supports both internal teams and external customers across international borders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and on‑time shipments with warehouse and other departments.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and verify all paperwork.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy before dispatch.
• Maintain direct contact with customers to obtain shipping document approvals.
• Audit freight bills, allocate charges correctly and authorize payments.
• Handle documentation for hazardous‑material shipments and stay current with international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI connections with freight carriers.
• Design new logistics forms and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, traffic department or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated.
• Solid technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
