Logistics Coordinator – International Shipping & Documentation

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage daily logistics activities, ensuring shipments are executed on time, cost‑effectively and with accurate documentation. You will act as the liaison between warehouse teams, customers and freight carriers to guarantee smooth international transport.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and timely shipments with warehouse and other internal teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and verify all paperwork.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy before dispatch.
• Audit freight bills, apply correct customer and warranty charges, and authorize payments.
• Handle hazardous‑material shipping documentation and stay current on international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI connections with freight carriers.
• Design new logistics forms and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, traffic department or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Solid technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) proficiency.
