Logistics Coordinator – Manage Shipments & Documentation

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments while maintaining accurate documentation. The role is based at our Luxembourg campus and involves close collaboration with warehouse, sales and customer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and on-time shipments to customers, working with warehouse and other internal teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and ensure all paperwork is complete.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy before shipment and obtain customer approval for shipping documents.
• Audit freight bills, apply correct customer and warranty charges, and authorize payments.
• Handle hazardous material shipments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI connections with freight carriers and design new logistics forms.
• Participate in continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, traffic department or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities; able to work independently.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with solid interpersonal communication skills.

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation and support.
• Hazardous Materials handling and documentation.
