Logistics Coordinator – International Shipping

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective shipments supported by accurate documentation for our customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse and other teams to deliver economical and on‑time shipments.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Arrange and coordinate direct shipments from suppliers to customers, ensuring all paperwork is complete.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy before shipment and obtain customer approval of shipping documents.
• Audit freight bills for correct charges and authorize payments.
• Handle documentation for hazardous material shipments and stay current with international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI programs with freight carriers.
• Design new logistics forms and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accountability for spare‑parts sales revenue.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, traffic department or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Solid technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
