Logistics Coordinator – International Shipping & Documentation

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective shipments while maintaining precise documentation. The role supports both internal teams and external customers across international borders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and on‑time shipments with warehouse and other teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and verify all paperwork.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy before shipment.
• Audit freight bills, allocate charges correctly and authorize payments.
• Handle documentation for hazardous material shipments and stay current with international shipping regulations.
• Develop and maintain EDI connections with freight carriers.
• Design new logistics forms and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, traffic department or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation.
• Hazardous materials shipping documentation.
• Customs documentation and international shipping regulations.
