Logistics Coordinator – International Shipping & Documentation

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost‑effective shipments while maintaining precise documentation. You will act as the main liaison between the warehouse, customers, and freight carriers to guarantee smooth international transport.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and on‑time shipments with warehouse and internal teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and verify all paperwork.
• Audit freight bills, authorize payments, and ensure correct customer and warranty charges.
• Handle hazardous‑material shipping documentation and stay current with international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI connections with freight carriers.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and design new logistics forms.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) knowledge.
