Linux DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Linux DevOps Engineer to join a leading client in Luxembourg. In this role you will manage, deploy and optimise Linux‑based infrastructure while working closely with development and operations teams to ensure high availability, security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve existing Linux infrastructure (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat).
• Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible, Puppet or Chef.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance, stability and security, and implement alerting solutions.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Participate in cloud service setup and management on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Write and keep technical documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience as a DevOps Engineer or Linux System Administrator.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and French.
