Legal & Corporate Officer – Luxembourg Fund Administration

About the role

Join a top‑ten global private‑equity firm as a Corporate Administrator focused on Luxembourg fund structures. You will work directly with senior decision‑makers, helping to build the operational hub for the group.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incorporations, bank account openings, corporate changes and regulatory filings with TPAs, lawyers, notaries and advisers.
• Manage board and shareholder meetings, preparing governance documentation and board packs.
• Maintain accurate corporate records and executed documents.
• Oversee annual accounts, audits, tax, VAT, FATCA/CRS and distribution processes.
• Handle day‑to‑day corporate administration and operational matters.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience within a TPA, AIFM or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund and corporate administration.
• Good understanding of AIFMD and Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English.
• Well‑organised, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
