Lead Solution Architect

About the role

The Lead Solution Architect is a hybrid position that bridges Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture. You will define comprehensive end‑to‑end solutions for projects while working closely with the Project Manager and the Enterprise Architecture team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document complete solution architectures that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and enterprise architects to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Challenge business teams constructively on value and feasibility.
• Maintain alignment between solution and enterprise architectural standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with the ability to step back from technical details and understand complex business processes.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Solid understanding of service‑based company operations, especially the Lead‑to‑Cash value stream.
• Experience in management control, profitability monitoring, base costing, and resource/capacity management.
• Knowledge of ICT products and services.

Required skills

• Modeling tools: ERD, Archimate, BPMN, UML.
