Lead Hand / Foreman for Artificial Turf Installation

About the role

Sure-Turf Commercial is seeking an experienced Lead Hand/Foreman to oversee artificial turf installations on residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will manage a crew, ensure high‑quality workmanship, and contribute ideas to improve installation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on various job sites.
• Oversee the complete installation of artificial turf, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Apply personal expertise to enhance and streamline current installation methods.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments.
• Communicate clearly with team members, management, and clients.

Required profile

• Solid experience in artificial landscaping and synthetic grass installation.
• Strong communication skills with staff, managers and clients.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
• Steel‑toe boots and required PPE (hi‑vis vest provided).
• Relevant safety tickets, such as first‑aid certification.
