Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

This hands‑on leadership position is responsible for creating high‑quality, realistic AI‑generated visual content at scale. You will own the quality of generated images while continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rates and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality and consistency of AI‑generated visual content across production workflows.
• Build and optimise scalable generative AI image‑production pipelines using platforms such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ComfyUI and WaveSpeed.
• Design and maintain repeatable ComfyUI workflows and automate batch generation via APIs, n8n and scripting.
• Research, evaluate and run experiments on emerging generative AI models and tools to improve speed, scalability and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience producing realistic visual content with generative AI, especially images of people, models or avatars.
• Senior‑level ownership with the ability to operate independently and design processes rather than one‑off solutions.
• Deep visual taste and understanding of realism, composition, anatomy, lighting and image consistency.
• Excellent problem‑solving, experimentation and communication skills in a fast‑changing AI environment.

Required skills

• ComfyUI, Flux or comparable generative AI ecosystems.
• Experience with Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, WaveSpeed.
• API integration, n8n, automation tools and basic scripting (e.g., Python, shell).
• Batch generation and automated content‑processing pipelines.
