Junior Product Engineer – Watermist

About the role

Rotarex is seeking a Junior Product Engineer to support the development and launch of new watermist products. Based in Lintgen, Luxembourg, the role will transition to the new Industry 4.0 manufacturing site in Bissen, offering a modern, high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in product development from concept through industrialisation and market launch.
• Coordinate prototype activities, production readiness, and technical requirements with internal teams.
• Support product validation, testing, certification and approval with internal departments and external partners.
• Maintain and update product documentation, specifications, certifications, test results and development records.
• Create and manage product references and technical information in SAP and internal systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Product Management, Marketing and Sales throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform competitor and product benchmarking to inform continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Entry‑level candidate with internship experience or similar practical exposure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for product data management.
