Junior Internal Auditor (Chinese speaker)

About the role

Join the internal audit team of Bank of Communications Luxembourg, a subsidiary of one of China’s leading banks. You will support audit missions and contribute to risk assessment for corporate banking activities in the European market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audit missions following internal audit methodology, including risk‑based work programs, testing, and reporting.
• Follow up on corrective actions from internal, external auditors and regulators.
• Participate in the annual risk assessment and special assignments from the department head.
• Assist in managing interactions between the internal audit department and statutory auditors.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management.
• 0‑3 years of internal or external audit experience in the banking sector in Luxembourg.
• Relevant professional qualification (CIA, ACA, ACCA, CPA) is a strong asset.
• Good knowledge of regulatory framework and internal audit methodology.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Chinese (additional languages a plus).
• Strong analytical, writing and communication abilities.
