Junior CIS Security Technician – Front Office

About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking a Junior Technician to provide front‑office CIS (Cyber Information Systems) security support. You will assist a large user base, handling requests and ensuring compliance with NATO cyber security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and deliver CIS/Cyber Security support services.
• Provide operational support for remote users and manage end‑user requests efficiently.
• Utilise ITSM tools such as Remedy and Jira to track and resolve incidents.
• Apply scripting or automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Support compliance with NATO CIS/Cyber security regulations and recognized security frameworks.

Required profile

• Complete higher secondary education or equivalent, with at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in NATO or another international organization.
• Basic knowledge of CIS/Cyber security practices and frameworks.
• Fluency in English and working knowledge of French.
• Professional attitude, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to handle time‑sensitive requests.
