Junior Business Development Manager

About the role

Rotarex Firetec, a global leader in fire suppression solutions, is looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to support its growth in the United Kingdom. Based in London, you will work closely with customers, distributors, and installers across the British market, helping to expand the company’s complete systems offering.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day sales pipeline, prepare quotations and commercial offers, and support order processing.
• Handle daily requests from customers, distributors, and installers, coordinating with Technical, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, and reporting.
• Identify and onboard new distributors and installer partners, contributing to regional sales growth initiatives.
• Represent Rotarex Firetec at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Monitor sales activities, support reporting and business performance analysis, and help achieve regional sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• First experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a commercial role is an advantage.
• Strong interest in technical B2B products and customer‑facing environments.
• Good analytical abilities and a proactive attitude.
