Junior Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of sourcing and procurement projects. Working under the guidance of senior analysts, you will help translate business discussions into clear, structured documentation and contribute to the success of ERP‑related finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and facilitating workshops, capturing business inputs and requirements.
• Document business processes, requirements and other structured deliverables for procurement and finance projects.
• Support senior analysts in analysing data, structuring information and preparing reports.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation that aligns with project standards and ERP concepts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, sourcing and IT to ensure consistency and reliability of outputs.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, documentation or project support, preferably in sourcing, procurement or finance environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, consistent documentation.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under senior guidance while delivering reliable results.

Required skills

• Knowledge of business analysis and documentation practices.
• Experience with process documentation and requirements structuring techniques.
• Understanding of ERP concepts and core finance processes.
• Familiarity with structured ways of working in project or programme environments.
