Junior Accountant

About the role

As a Junior Accountant you will support a portfolio of Luxembourg holding companies, handling day‑to‑day bookkeeping and client queries. You will work closely with management, finance teams, banks and auditors to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the day‑to‑day bookkeeping of Luxembourg holding companies.
• Manage daily operations of companies and respond to client requests.
• Perform administrative tasks related to client accounts.
• Liaise with client management, finance teams, banks, administrations and auditors.
• Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and periodic reports.
• Assist in preparing standard legal documentation such as board and shareholders meeting packages.
• Participate in the preparation of indirect and direct tax returns and provisions in coordination with dedicated teams.

Required profile

• Degree (minimum BAC+3 or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or Economics, fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in French with excellent English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of standard computer tools (MS Office).
• Team‑oriented with strong organisation and prioritisation abilities.
• Client‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
