Java & Python Developer

About the role

Clavem Advisory is seeking a talented developer proficient in Java Spring Boot and Python to build scalable, high‑quality backend solutions. You will work on AI‑related initiatives, data mining, and analytical services while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java Spring Boot.
• Leverage Python for AI, data mining, and analytical backend solutions.
• Write, optimise, and maintain SQL DDL/DML queries; analyse and troubleshoot database performance.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve bugs throughout testing and production deployment.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices for code quality and maintainability.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or AMQ.
• Good understanding of CI/CD principles and practical implementation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to troubleshoot existing applications.
