IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team and ensure smooth operation of user devices and services. You will work on a variety of platforms, provide first‑line assistance, and contribute to continuous improvement of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure user devices (Windows 11, iOS).
• Manage user access, create profiles and maintain permissions.
• Resolve incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and follow‑up with customers.
• Identify problems, propose and implement improvements to the production environment.
• Maintain a high level of technical awareness in your area of responsibility.
• Participate in IT‑related projects and support project delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an IT support team.
• Experience with access management and user provisioning.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM tools.
• Motivated, organized, autonomous with a critical mindset.

• PowerShell and other scripting languages.
