IT Project Manager – Digital Solutions

About the role

KPMG Luxembourg is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead digital initiatives that create value for clients and communities. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and adjust plans as needed.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular status updates.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Promote a results‑driven environment and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects with measurable business impact.
• Strong client‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in multicultural environments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
