IT Developer – Backend Solutions

About the role

Victor Buck Services is seeking a motivated IT Developer to design and maintain backend solutions that transform data into customized communications across multiple delivery channels. You will work in a hybrid environment from our Bettembourg office, collaborating with a diverse, international team on innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full project lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Develop and implement business requirements for internal and external client projects.
• Maintain and enhance applications in production, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, escalating when necessary and supporting colleagues.
• Document solutions, update knowledge bases, and contribute to operational procedures.
• Provide accurate time estimates for projects and review functional specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT development.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and client‑focused mindset.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
