Investor Relations Intern

About the role

Marguerite is seeking a motivated Investor Relations Intern to support its fundraising and investor relations activities. This six‑month, hands‑on internship offers exposure to senior decision‑makers and the chance to contribute to strategic initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and completing investor DDQs, RFIs and due‑diligence materials by sourcing information from financial reports.
• Track investor interactions, key discussion points and follow‑ups to keep engagement records up to date.
• Work with fund and portfolio data in Excel, ensuring consistency across investor materials.
• Update investor presentations and fundraising decks in PowerPoint.
• Support the creation of quarterly investor updates and other marketing communications.
• Collaborate with investment, finance, legal, compliance and operations teams to gather information and drive workstreams.
• Help organise and deliver investor events, including the Annual Investor Meeting.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics or business.
• At least one relevant internship, preferably in placement agency, investment banking, consulting, finance or audit.
• Native‑level or full professional proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, ownership and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills for financial data handling.
• Proficient PowerPoint skills for professional presentations.
• Understanding of financial statements and fundamental financial concepts.
