Investment Funds & Advisory Specialist - PE - 65K

About the role

Our client, an elite advisory firm in Luxembourg’s financial hub, is seeking an Investment Funds & Advisory Specialist to support private‑equity transactions and fund structuring. You will work on high‑value projects, from designing investment vehicles to advising on complex M&A deals, within a flat, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Luxembourg investment vehicles, alternative fund structures and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
• Participate in the execution of acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and reorganisations for private‑equity clients.
• Review complex fund financial statements and assist with tax matters related to holding structures.
• Serve as the main liaison for law firms, tax advisors, auditors and fund administrators.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a fund environment, Big Four audit or advisory, accounting firm, family office or corporate services provider.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and familiarity with private‑equity, SOPARFI, SPV or other alternative fund structures.
• Fluent English; French or Italian is a plus.
• Proactive, dynamic mindset with a desire to move from routine administration to strategic advisory.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Tax.
