Integrated Sourcing Process Expert (m/f/d)

About the role

The Integrated Sourcing Process Expert will shape and roll out our global Integrated Sourcing Processes (ISP) across the entire sourcing organization. Reporting to the Sourcing Excellence Senior Manager, you will ensure consistent, efficient, and value‑driven execution of sourcing activities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and adoption of ISP covering demand analysis, strategy development, supplier selection, contracting, implementation, and performance management.
• Integrate sourcing processes with overall business strategy and risk‑management objectives.
• Monitor process adoption, identify barriers, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs and maintain a knowledge base of best practices, case studies, and resources.
• Act as a trusted advisor on category management and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve sourcing practices.
• Evaluate ISP effectiveness, gather feedback, and drive data‑based optimisations.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing within a globally operating company.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing sourcing processes.
