Project Manager – Technical & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to act as the primary interface between our customers and internal teams, ensuring successful execution of technical and commercial projects in the iron and steel sector. The role involves delivering projects that meet customer expectations while achieving contractual and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from order assignment through to completion of contractual obligations.
• Analyse customer needs, adapt and implement technical solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate, organise and monitor all project phases to meet schedules and financial goals.
• Handle change requests, enquiries, claim management and project risk identification.
• Define and implement risk mitigation measures and track their effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
• Fluent English; additional French or German is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• International mindset with willingness to travel worldwide.
