Integrated Logistics Lead Project Manager

About the role

Join the Integrated Logistics team as a Lead Project Manager and drive high‑value logistics implementations across Europe. You will operate at the intersection of logistics, technology, and stakeholder engagement, leading virtual, cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale implementation projects with budgets exceeding 1 M CHF, ensuring alignment with global methodologies and risk frameworks.
• Engage senior internal and external stakeholders, including customers and logistics service providers.
• Own end‑to‑end operational design, deployment, and post‑deployment stabilization.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, change requests, and maintain accurate reporting documents such as Project Charters and Business Requirements.
• Coordinate virtual teams across IT, Legal, Finance, Procurement and other functions.
• Oversee onboarding and training for all parties involved.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• 10+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in the logistics sector.
• Background in 3PL or 4PL logistics is highly valued.
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams and manage full project lifecycles.
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical capabilities.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
