Individual Income Tax Specialist (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Individual Income Tax Specialist to join our Luxembourg consulting firm. You will act as a strategic partner for high‑net‑worth individuals and investors, providing end‑to‑end tax advisory and compliance services across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full income‑tax return cycle for private individuals, high‑net‑worth clients and investors.
• Lead advisory meetings, translating complex tax regulations into personalized strategies.
• Perform comparative tax simulations and manage expatriate tax tracks (entrance/exit), delivering technical modeling for cross‑border cases.
• Coordinate with international offices on multi‑jurisdictional issues and monitor global fiscal developments.
• Conduct internal training sessions, optimise processes and mentor junior tax team members.

Required profile

• Degree (Bac+3/5) in Accounting, Tax, Law or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience in personal tax compliance and advisory, preferably in a fiduciary, Big 4 or specialised tax firm.
• Successfully obtained the Cycle A certificate.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong team spirit, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn.
