Head of PMO

About the role

Luxtrust is seeking a motivated Head of PMO to lead the governance of its project and programme portfolio during a major strategic transformation. Reporting to the CIO, you will act as the central orchestrator between strategy, execution, regulatory constraints and delivery capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve the PMO governance framework, including processes, committees, reporting and KPIs.
• Manage the project and programme portfolio: prioritisation, arbitration, dependency mapping and capacity planning.
• Prepare and facilitate Steering Committees, Programme Boards and Executive Committees.
• Monitor performance, budget, timeline, scope, quality and risk across all initiatives.
• Implement value‑driven delivery, benefits realisation and enterprise‑level risk management.
• Support change management, deployment readiness and adoption of major initiatives.
• Select, implement and operate PPM tools, dashboards and reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading PMO functions in a highly regulated, security‑critical environment.
• Strong ability to align initiatives with business, R&D and regulatory strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value.

Required skills

• Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project‑management methodologies.
• Experience with PPM tools and dashboard reporting.
• Knowledge of eIDAS, DORA, NICE, GDPR and related security/compliance standards.
