German‑Speaking Online Ads Account Manager – Barcelona + Relocation Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Online Ads Account Manager to join our Barcelona team. In this hybrid, full‑time position you will design and manage Google Ads campaigns for Benelux clients, strengthen relationships and drive growth in a tech‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, fostering strong relationships and product adoption.
• Develop and execute result‑driven PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and long‑term performance.
• Upsell and optimise client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
• Analyse market trends, customer objectives and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C2) and strong English (B2‑C1).
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or account management, preferably client‑facing.
• Good understanding of the European market and cultural nuances.
• Proactive, target‑driven and confident presenting and building relationships.
