Fund Services Officer

About the role

The Fund Services Officer will manage a portfolio of alternative investment fund clients, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and high‑quality service delivery. Working within a collaborative team, you will support fund accounting, reporting, and client liaison activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily fund operations and coordinate with investors, custodians, and other third parties.
• Maintain fund books, calculate Net Asset Value, and prepare periodic financial statements and regulatory reports (CSSF/BCL).
• Assist with year‑end audit coordination and the organization of board and shareholders’ meetings.
• Prepare tax and VAT returns and liaise with Luxembourg tax authorities and advisers.
• Act as the primary contact for shareholders, investment managers, and custodian banks to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Economics or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation.
• Fluent in English and French with strong client‑relationship skills.
• Proactive, team‑oriented, and able to work independently when needed.

Required skills

• Fund accounting and valuation knowledge.
• Understanding of investment product accounting (fund‑of‑funds, single‑manager, private equity).
• Familiarity with securities accounting (equities, bonds, contracts for difference).
• Basic tax and VAT preparation for Luxembourg funds.
