Financial Controller – Global Industrial Leader

About the role
Join a world‑renowned industrial leader in Luxembourg City as a Financial Controller. Reporting to the Financial Management team, you will play a key part in steering financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decisions across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, conduct variance analysis, and produce monthly/quarterly financial reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver strategic insights for executive decision‑making.
- Contribute to the optimisation of financial steering tools and streamline data workflows.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial procedures and coordinate with external auditors.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Audit or a related field.
- Previous experience in the industrial sector is highly desired.
- Full professional fluency in English; French or German is an asset.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
