Financial Controller – Audit & Controlling (Luxembourg)

About the role

Join a dynamic finance team of 12 as a Financial Controller responsible for audit and controlling activities across a multinational group headquartered in Luxembourg. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, to ensure financial consistency and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial controlling processes, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Audit the group’s subsidiaries to guarantee compliance and accurate consolidated reporting.
• Prepare and contribute to financial statements, management reports and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with senior management and provide insights that influence the company’s strategic direction.
• Interact directly with the CEO and other senior leaders when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 6‑month internship in external audit or financial controlling in Luxembourg; Big Four experience is a strong differentiator.
• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Fluent German (mandatory) and solid command of English; French and Luxembourgish are valuable assets.
