Event & Community Manager – Space Resources

About the role

The European Space Resources Innovation Centre (ESRIC) is looking for an Event and Community Manager to lead its community activities and communications. You will work closely with partners from the Luxembourg Space Agency, ESA and LIST to promote ESRIC’s research on space resources.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the annual Space Resources Week, coordinating partners, sponsors and the programme committee.
• Plan and execute stakeholder community‑building actions such as events, workshops and networking sessions.
• Manage internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with LIST, ESA and LSA.
• Develop and sustain ESRIC’s brand and reputation.
• Maintain the ESRIC website and oversee all social‑media channels.
• Handle media relations and respond to press inquiries.
• Prepare presentations and communication materials for various audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience, preferably in innovation, technology or research environments.
• Highly autonomous, organised, flexible and resourceful.
• Ability to manage complex topics and collaborate with multiple partners.
