Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the target IT landscape at an organizational level. The role offers both freelance and permanent (CDI) options, with an immediate start and a long‑term horizon until at least the end of 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the target enterprise architecture and overall IT landscape.
• Develop and maintain a capability map that links business capabilities to applications.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
• Create transformation roadmaps and support strategic decisions at the CIO level.
• Lead modernization and digital transformation initiatives, including AI and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and NIS2.
• Chair the Architecture Review Board, conduct reviews, and arbitrate make‑or‑buy decisions.
• Maintain cross‑domain alignment across business, application, and data layers.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to guarantee solution consistency and integration.
• Manage the application portfolio and architecture repositories (e.g., ARIS, ServiceNow).

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Proven track record in defining target architectures, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Fluency in French and English.

Required skills

• Enterprise architecture modelling tools such as ARIS.
• ServiceNow for architecture repository management.
• Knowledge of EA frameworks, preferably TOGAF.
