About the role

The position is for a qualified educator to join a dynamic team at a residential care house. You will work full‑time (40 hours per week) on a permanent contract, supporting children’s development and fostering a collaborative environment with families and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and receive children each day.
• Support each child’s individual development.
• Design and implement group and individual educational projects.
• Maintain regular, professional communication with parents and other educational or social partners.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary diploma (Bac) in psychosocial, pedagogical or socio‑educational fields.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role (desired).
• Proficiency in a variety of pedagogical methods, approaches and tools.
• Experience designing and delivering educational activities and projects.
• Ability to animate and supervise diverse groups, encouraging autonomy and responsibility.
• Strong writing and synthesis abilities.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and specific tools such as DSKnet and log‑book applications.
• Languages: Luxembourgish, French, German, basic English; additional languages are a plus.
