Educator (M/F/X) – Creche in Strassen

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Educator to join our Kidscare creche in Strassen. You will work with children from 2 months to 12 years, delivering our Éducation Durable® approach that blends neuroscience‑based learning with play. The role involves ensuring safety, fostering development, and collaborating with a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and families with care and kindness.
• Ensure each child’s safety, well‑being and development, respecting individual pace.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote learning, independence and inclusion.
• Observe children, adapt approaches to their needs, and contribute to the educational project.
• Work closely with the team to maintain high‑quality care and comply with health, hygiene and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification recognised in Luxembourg (e.g., State Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Educator, Belgian A1/A2, Master MEEF, etc.).
• Fluent in French; English and additional languages are a plus.
• Dynamic, caring, creative, organized and adaptable, with a strong commitment to children’s development.
