Editorial Coordinator / Web Editorial Specialist (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

We are seeking experienced editorial professionals to join a long‑term communication and content services project based in Luxembourg. The role can be filled as an Editorial Coordinator, Editorial Specialist, or Web Editorial Specialist, depending on your background.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, proofread and coordinate editorial content to ensure consistency, accuracy and high quality.
• Support content planning, publication workflows and coordination with internal communication teams.
• Prepare and adapt content for websites, intranets and other digital channels, following editorial guidelines and tone of voice.
• Conduct quality checks before publication and ensure alignment with accessibility and web‑content best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in editorial coordination, copywriting, editing or web editorial activities.
• Excellent written English with strong proofreading and quality‑control abilities.
• Ability to structure information clearly and adapt content for different audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS or web publishing tools.
