Digital Growth & Innovation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Growth & Innovation Manager to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives for a leading multi‑experiential destination in Luxembourg. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will own paid media, SEO, analytics and AI‑enabled tools to accelerate audience growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta and emerging platforms, managing budgets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute a global SEO strategy, including technical improvements, keyword planning and local discovery optimisation.
• Maintain the analytics ecosystem (GA4, Tag Manager, dashboards) and translate data into actionable insights.
• Identify, pilot and roll‑out AI‑powered marketing solutions, training colleagues on their use.
• Collaborate daily with CRM, Content and Social teams to create a seamless digital visitor lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or Data.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in digital performance marketing and analytics.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console.
• CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Brevo or Mailchimp.
• Reporting tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Jasper) for marketing applications.
