DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support day‑to‑day operational activities, release and deployment processes, and continuous improvement across enterprise IT platforms in Luxembourg. The role focuses on IT Service Management, CI/CD delivery, and ensuring incidents, changes, and releases are handled effectively in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT Service Management processes, tracking and resolving requests and incidents.
• Coordinate change, incident, problem, deployment, and release management activities across the IT environment.
• Define, maintain, and improve release and deployment processes in line with internal policies and operational standards.
• Utilise DevOps toolchains to support CI/CD pipelines, release delivery, and platform reliability.
• Package, document, and prepare releases for controlled deployment into production.
• Own user requests and incidents from initial contact through to resolution.
• Monitor open issues, collaborate with relevant teams, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Produce, review, and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Contribute to root‑cause analysis investigations and support long‑term corrective actions.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain applications, middleware, databases, and supporting tools.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• At least seven years of DevOps experience.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies, release management, and ITIL best practices.
• Experience with enterprise databases, scripting, and middleware technologies.
• Proficiency with CI/CD toolchains and IT Service Management processes.
