DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are a large company with a start‑up spirit, organized into expert knowledge units that collaborate across the organization. We are looking for a curious, challenge‑driven DevOps Engineer to join our team in Luxembourg and help make a positive impact through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document release management and CI/CD delivery in an enterprise on‑premise environment.
• Coordinate incidents, changes, problems, deployments and releases following ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Use and maintain DevOps toolchain including Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus, SonarQube, Jira, Azure DevOps, Matomo and Codescene.
• Configure, support and troubleshoot middleware and Java‑based platforms such as JavaEE, SpringBoot, Tomcat, Nginx, Apache and JBoss EAP.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Bash, Groovy, Python or Java to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot databases and operating systems, particularly Sybase ASE, Oracle, Linux and Windows.

Required profile

• Strong experience in DevOps, release management and CI/CD delivery.
• Good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Hands‑on experience with the listed DevOps tools.
• Ability to work independently in large enterprise environments.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills; French is a plus.
• Analytical, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
