Data Science & AI Internship (3-6 months)

About the role

Fundvis SA is seeking a motivated Data Science & AI Intern to join its technology team for a paid 3‑to‑6‑month placement. You will work on real‑world AI projects, leveraging cloud infrastructure and large language model technologies to build intelligent solutions for the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python‑based data science and AI applications.
• Design, build, and optimise workflows that incorporate Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Utilise AWS services, including AWS Bedrock, to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Assist in creating AI‑powered automation and data‑processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to prototype innovative AI use cases.
• Analyse datasets, generate insights, and support model experimentation, evaluation, and fine‑tuning.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, especially AWS Bedrock.
• Understanding of machine‑learning, data‑science methodologies, and prompt engineering.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities in English.
