Cybersecurity Trainer – Interactive Awareness Sessions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Trainer / IT Security Expert to lead a series of engaging, hands‑on awareness sessions during a dedicated Cyber Risk Awareness Week in Luxembourg City.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver 2–4 interactive, one‑hour training sessions for mixed technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Explain core cybersecurity concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Demonstrate real‑world attack techniques and threats through live demos or simulations.
• Promote best practices such as password hygiene, software updates, and secure data handling.
• Teach incident‑response procedures and individual security responsibilities.
• Highlight emerging risks related to AI, IoT, and quantum computing.
• Foster a proactive, security‑by‑design culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering cybersecurity awareness workshops or training.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles, threat actors, and attack vectors.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for both IT and non‑IT participants.
• Fluent English (full professional proficiency); French is a plus.
