Cybersecurity Engineer - IAM

About the role

As a Cybersecurity Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Sogeti, you will design, implement, and maintain robust IAM solutions that protect access to systems, applications, and data across the organization. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure a strong security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
• Develop and maintain user lifecycle processes and role‑based access control models.
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Monitor, audit, and report on access activities to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Perform identity risk assessments and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot IAM‑related issues and provide technical support.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Experience with Active Directory and cloud identity services.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Fluency in French and good command of English.
