About the role

Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract in Pommerloch. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring partner satisfaction by managing orders and fostering strong internal collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders with high accuracy to guarantee fast and efficient fulfillment.
• Coordinate daily actions with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to streamline operations.
• Deliver warm, professional, and tailored responses to every customer inquiry, aiming for maximum satisfaction.
• Support overall customer service activities to maintain a reliable and outstanding service experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or account management role.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy, and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while being highly organized within a team environment.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of SAP software.
