About the role
We are seeking a performance‑driven Creative Strategist to lead high‑converting creative strategies for paid acquisition campaigns. Working remotely, you will collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, designers, and editors to continuously optimize digital performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead performance creative strategy for paid acquisition, focusing on Meta platforms.
- Develop compelling hooks, messaging angles, ad concepts, and creative frameworks to maximize conversions.
- Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS) to identify winning strategies and improve creative effectiveness.
- Build and manage structured creative testing roadmaps for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce and iterate high‑performing ad creatives.
- Evaluate successful and underperforming campaigns to extract actionable insights.
- Experiment with new concepts, messaging strategies, and testing methodologies.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in performance creative strategy, direct‑response marketing, or conversion‑focused copywriting.
- Strong background in paid media, especially Meta advertising; experience with TikTok or YouTube is a plus.
- Proven track record creating high‑converting ad creatives for DTC/B2C brands.
- Deep understanding of direct‑response psychology and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment with strong accountability.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Availability to work within European (GMT) working hours.
- Experience in supplements, wellness, health, or nutrition is a strong advantage.
